“Good Security is about well trained staff, a clear objective, and above all, effective management”, says Lesley Kotze, CEO of HALT GROUP (PTY) Ltd.
Lesley is the widow of the late Frans Kotze Senior, founder member of HALT, and a man who brought with him years of immeasurable experience.
Backed by a very loyal HALT “A” TEAM, Lesley has been steering HALT after her husband’s passing on 31 March 2011.
Reflecting on 16 years of success, Lesley says, “HALT was never meant to be an ordinary Armed Response Company, and certainly not one to stagnate”. She goes on to say that, “though having faced the sadness and tragedy of losing a husband and leader, we continued believing in the example he set, held onto our faith, followed a path of positive thinking, and remained results driven in combating crime. With this motto, the HALT “A” TEAM will serve the Durbanville Community for many more years to come.”
Showing a commitment to HALT’s future, Lesley is bringing extra depth and experience into HALT’s management capabilities, and his name is well known to most of us in Durbanville. George Conradie, former co-owner of HALT is joining Lesley as a partner in HALT as of 3 April 2017. George has been living abroad since 2009.
“I am excited to be back in South Africa and I applaud Lesley Kotze for her strength and insight over the years. I look forward to working together with Lesley & the HALT “A” TEAM, raising the bar for security service standards in Durbanville and surrounding, and to create tangible results and solutions for our clients and the community as a whole”. George is tight lipped about what exactly he means by that, but promises that Durbanville residents will experience it in the coming months.
“HALT has been a leading security service provider in Durbanville for 16 years, and we intend to remain the service provider of choice with ground breaking service, cultivating a performance driven company culture, by providing well trained staff, and an overall well-managed security service which adds quality to life”, Says George.
Under the wing of George Conradie will be the HALT’s Technical Department, Armed Response, and Social Media & Public Relations, while Lesley heads things up internally.
George says that “I will in any event be communicating with you and share important information on a regular basis via social media as well as in a monthly newsletter”.
